Reservation Policy
1. Reservations can be made:
a) by phone between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at: +48 453 375 768
b) by email: dom@kamianna26.pl
c) via the online booking system on our website: www.kamianna26.pl
d) through our partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, and Slowhop.com)
2. When making a reservation, guests must provide: the arrival and departure dates, personal and contact details, and the number of people staying in the property.
3. A reservation is confirmed only after the host confirms it and the reservation fee is paid in the amount and by the deadline specified during the booking process.
4. The reservation fee serves as a prepayment for the rental. The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than before the start of the stay, using the payment method specified during the booking process.
The reservation fee may cover 100% of the rental.
5. The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
6. In the event of shortening the stay, the rental fee for the unused period is non-refundable.
7. Cancellation fees are determined by the offer conditions and the time remaining until the reserved date. Unless otherwise stated:
a) cancellations made at least 21 days before the stay are free of charge
b) cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount
c) no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
8. Guests are responsible for providing correct information during the booking process. The host is not responsible for errors in the selected arrival/departure dates or incorrect personal details provided by the guest.
9. The rules above do not apply to reservations made via the host’s partner booking platforms if different terms are set for these platforms.
Additional details for online reservations:
a) The currency is Polish Złoty (PLN). Any additional charges, including currency conversion fees, are the responsibility of the guest.
b) Guests may choose between a standard stay or a package offer.
c) After selecting an offer, the guest selects the stay dates and completes the booking form with personal data and any special requests.
d) After submitting the form, the guest must pay the reservation fee using one of the available payment methods. The fee may cover 100% of the rental.
e) A reservation is effective only after online confirmation by the host, which will be sent to the guest’s email provided during booking.
f) The host is not responsible for unavailability or technical failures of the booking system.
g) Prices shown on www.kamianna26.pl include VAT and may include other services detailed in the offer. If breakfast or additional services are included, this information is indicated in the system during booking.
Services not included in the offer must be paid for on-site.
h) Guests do not have the right to withdraw from the reservation agreement for hotel services, according to Article 38, point 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended).
i) Matters not regulated in points a)–f) are governed by the general reservation rules outlined in this policy.
By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the processing of their personal data in our database. These data will be used solely for reservation purposes, facilitating future bookings,
and marketing in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. These data will not be shared or sold to any third parties.
